Return policy
RETURNS
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are given (if applicable)
- Book with obvious signs of use
- Any item that is not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
The following items are NOT available for returns:
- SAMPLES OF ITEMS FOR SALE
- ITEMS DESIGNATED AS “ CLOSEOUT or CLEARANCE ”

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your refund is approved or rejected.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method, within a certain number of days.
Boutique No limits racing charges $9.99 per return order. This covers the cost of returning to Boutique No limits racing . This amount will be deducted from your declaration.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at store@shopmsd.com.
Items for sale (if applicable)
Only regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately CLOSE-OUT/CLEARANCE items AND SALE SAMPLES cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are faulty or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to the address mentioned above and we will give you instructions.
DELIVERY
To return your product, you must send it by mail to: Boutique No limits racing, 214 Québec 323, Brébeuf Québec J0T 1B0, Canada
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Returns
We have a 30 day policy. If more than 30 days have passed since your order, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
In order to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused/worn and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
We require a receipt or proof of payment if you wish to make a return.
Please do not return your goods to the supplier.
You may be offered a partial refund in the following cases (if applicable):
- Books with obvious signs of use.
- Any item that is not in its original packaging, is damaged or is missing parts for reasons beyond our control.
- Any item returned more than 30 days after the delivery date.
The following items CANNOT be returned:
- Demo sale/SAMPLE SALE
- Items marked as CLEARANCE/CLOSEOUT/CLEARANCE
Refund (if applicable)
When your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your item. We will also notify you whether your refund has been accepted or refused.
If the return is approved, we will issue a refund and a credit will be applied to your original payment method. It may take a few days for the credit to appear on your side.
Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you are expecting a refund and have not yet received it, we encourage you to check your bank account once again.
Please then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for the transaction to appear. Then contact your bank. Again there may be delays before the refund appears on your statement. Finally, if you have done all of this and you still do not see your refund, please contact us by email at info@shopnolimitsracings.ca
Sale Items/Sale Items (if applicable)

You are responsible for shipping costs to cover the return of the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you get a refund, shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, shipping times may vary.
If you are sending an item worth more than $75, we invite you to consider choosing a shipping method that includes a tracking number or purchasing insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
